My name is Janet, and I'm the founder of Embrace Now, a career development and executive coaching practice where I help leaders, rising executives, and high-achieving professionals navigate career transitions and step into their full potential.
A decade of building, launching, and learning.
Over the past decade, I built my career at Apple in corporate finance and strategy, at Meta and Snap in product marketing for AR/VR and social products, and in fast-paced startups. I was fortunate to be part of transformative innovations like the consumer adoption of Apple Pay and the future of self-expression, play, and connection through virtual and augmented reality. Along the way, I launched products used around the world, advised and invested in startups, led teams, and experienced both the highs of success and the challenges of major pivots. Each chapter taught me more about values, purpose, and resilience, and those lessons now shape how I coach others.
Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the US, I bring a global perspective that balances creativity, pragmatism, and cultural nuance. My coaching style is supportive and strategic: I help clients break through self-limiting beliefs, find clarity, and grow into purposeful and impactful leaders.
